live websites (not websites in trial mode)
websites built on Squarespace 7.1
I am unable to help with Wordpress or other platforms.

I usually have availability within a week or two, but it varies depending on my schedule. If you need help urgently, let me know and I’ll do my best to fit you in sooner.

That’s totally fine. When you book, you can just tell me what’s bugging you about your site or what you wish felt easier or looked better. I’ll take a quick look before our session and come up with a realistic plan to get the best results in the time we have.

Absolutely. If you have a longer list of updates or want to make more substantial changes, you can book a two-hour session or even spread a few sessions out over time. Not sure how much time you’ll need? Just drop me a message and I’ll help you figure it out.

Yes! Lots of my clients come back for regular sessions whenever they need tweaks or advice. If you’d like ongoing help, I can also create a custom support package so you always have time set aside when you need it.

You can reschedule or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your session. After that, the deposit is non-refundable, but I’m happy to move your booking if something unexpected comes up.

No - Squarespace Fridays are all about hands-on support inside your Squarespace site. I don’t cover email setup, domains, or other platforms, so we can stay focused on making your site look and work its best. If you need help with anything outside of Squarespace, I can point you to guides or someone who specialises in that.
