I know how exciting, nerve-wracking, and downright weird this stage can feel.
That’s why I’m putting together a small, supportive group just for authors with books coming out in 2026.
It’s all about community, reassurance, and a little gentle guidance from someone who’s been through the rollercoaster (several times over!).

The experience of having a book traditionally published is very different from the indie author route.
It's not that one path is superior, but the challenges we’ll address in the group are very different from the challenges indie authors face.
Also, there are a ton of groups and support out there for independently published authors, whereas there are very few resources for traditionally published authors! I wanted to address that gap specifically with The Debut Authors’ Club. 😊

My intention is to keep the group relatively small by limiting it to authors who are releasing their first book in 2026 ☺️
If everything goes well, I’ll be launching another group for 2027 authors midway through 2026.
However, as this is the first ever iteration of the group, I am happy to accept authors ‘out of year’, dependent on their publishing date. So please apply!

The Debut Authors’ Club is specifically for debut authors! However, if you have self-published in the past but now have a traditional book deal, then you are very welcome.
If you are a non-fiction author releasing your first novel (or vice versa), then please apply using the form below and we can discuss your situation in more detail.

Membership is currently free while the club is in its first iteration and I am still working everything out.
Later down the line, there may be a small monthly charge, but you will be free to leave at any time.

At the end of 2026, the intention is that the community is ‘handed over’ for the members to self-manage.
You are free to leave at any time, but the hope is that it will continue to be a great source of support for all its authors in the future. 😊
